This policy applies to kamanfinance.com, operated by Kaman Finance Musa Çakmak (Warsaw, Poland; NIP 5342710718, REGON 544404236). Information on how we process personal data is available in our Privacy policy.
1. In short
Our website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only information stored in your browser is the language you choose for the site. That is why we do not show a consent banner.
2. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use websites. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) serves a similar purpose. Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) of 12 July 2024, storing information on a user's device requires consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested.

This entry contains no personal data, is never sent to any server and is used only for the function you request by choosing a language. It therefore does not require consent.
4. Third-party services
- Hosting (Vercel Inc.) — the web server does not set cookies in your browser; it only automatically records the technical server logs described in the Privacy policy.
- Fonts — the website's fonts are hosted on our own server; we do not use external font services (e.g. Google Fonts).
- Contact form (FormSubmit) — form messages are sent to formsubmit.co, which forwards them to our mailbox. Submitting the form does not set any cookies on kamanfinance.com.
- External links — once you move to another website, that website's cookie rules apply.
5. Managing browser data
You can delete stored data or block it in your browser settings at any time. The website will still work, but it will open in Polish on every visit.

6. Changes
